Refunds & Returns Policy

We are proud of our 21 year customer service record and our products are the highest quality available. If by chance you find any item to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. However, if you have changed your mind or want to cancel your order, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If when you receive your order you suspect it has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product arrived. The courier company may need to see it as proof of damage.

Please either email or call to let us know that you are returning something you have purchased online and let us know what it is that you are returning. Refunds will be credited

against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
Variation of Products
Many of our products are handmade and therefore variations e.g. of grain or colour may occur. Our staff will hand select from available product on a “best available” basis.
