Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes. We have had a shop for 21 years. We are currently on Auckland's main street, at 75 Queen Street and open 7 days. For further information click here.

Are all your products made in NZ?

Roughly 96% of our products are hand made in New Zealand. Some are designed in New Zealand and produced overseas.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. We have personalised From N to Z gift vouchers to whatever value you wish to purchase. Indicate if you wish to receive the voucher or you would like us to post it on your behalf.

Greenstone & Jewellery

What are the cords made of on the greenstone and bone pendants?

Waxed linen thread with 2 slip knots, so you can lengthen or shorten as needed.

Can I put a Greenstone pendant on a chain?

Yes. You will need to buy a pendant with a hole through (where the waxed cord goes now) and buy a 'jump ring" and chain from a jeweller.

Will I receive the product in the picture on the website?

With some unique items you will receive the product in the photo, usually we will state this in the description. Please note that products may vary in colour and sizes. We hand pick the best available match the item displayed on the website.

Purchasing & Shipping Information

How long after ordering will it take for my purchases to be delivered?

We aim to pack and post your order within 3-5 days of payment. We use NZ Post Air International. NZ Post advise target delivery time as 3 - 10 working days.

Are my purchases insured?

Your purchases up to the value of $500 are insured. Purchases over the value of $500 require additional insurance of $5.

How does your currency converter work?

Will there be any other charges apart from purchasing & postage?

If any customs or duties are applied by the destination country then these are to be paid by the recipient of the package. If in doubt please check with your custom and duties department.
